For over a decade the BVRLA has been inviting members to provide feedback via the annual Member Survey, which helps to shape the work and service provided by the association in the year ahead.
Members will receive an email later this week with a link to access the survey, which is open until midnight on 30 September. The survey takes less than ten minutes to complete and responses are confidential.
BVRLA Research Manager, Phil Garthside emphasises the importance of taking part:
“The Annual Member Survey provides the perfect opportunity for members to inform our work in the year ahead. Understanding what works well for members and what areas require improvement helps us to deliver greater value of membership and we welcome the feedback.
“This year we will again be donating £1 to automotive charity BEN for every completed survey received before the closing date and we are looking for the views of as many people as possible from across our member organisations, so please feel free to share the link with colleagues.
“I would encourage anybody who has not received a link to the survey to check their junk inbox in the first instance and get in touch with me regarding any questions or issues.”
