The BVRLA recognised its Industry Champions at a reception in Speakers House, Westminster last night (Monday 17 Nov). Bringing together senior representatives from across the association’s membership with Members of Parliament, the inaugural Industry Champions reception highlighted the active, ‘always on’ programme through which the BVRLA works to represent members and be the voice of the industry.
BVRLA member Autohorn Fleet Services recently welcomed Luke Charters, MP for York Outer, to its headquarters as the business marked 30 years of operation. The visit highlighted the company’s role and its contribution to the regional economy, while also drawing attention to the BVRLA’s Bon VoyCharge campaign.
2024 is very likely to be an Election year. It is vital that the BVRLA and its members engage with politicians to ensure the key role fleets play – and the wider needs of the sector – are taken on board by those selected for the next Parliamentary term.
