BVRLA continues to boost its e-learning capabilities

Release Date:

The BVRLA is delighted to welcome the association’s newly appointed Training & Development Administrator, Tess Warn, who has joined the BVRLA to support members with their training and development needs.

Tess will focus on registering e-learners, ensuring that they get the most from the e-Learning Platform. She will be the first point of contact for members’ training enquiries as well as providing administrative support to enhance the user-experience.

BVRLA Member Services Director, Nora Leggett welcomed Tess’s arrival:
“Tess will provide a much-needed additional resource to the training team as demand continues to grow for our ever-expanding range of learning & development solutions.

“Tess has spent a number of years in a commercial e-learning environment and as our e-Learning Platform is the jewel in the crown of our training offering, this extra capability will enable us to support even more members as they take advantage of this great service.”

An increasing number of BVRLA members are making use of the association’s e-Learning Platform, which recently expanded its range of modules to include packages specifically for rental members.

Leasing broker members have been using the system since the service first launched in October 2017.

You can find out more about the e-Learning Platform on the BVRLA website.
