The skills and structures needed to drive leasing forward over the next five years will be explored as part of the “Leasing 2.0: Building the Workforce of Tomorrow” session during next month’s Industry Outlook Conference.
The panel will explore how leasing companies can future-proof their workforces through bold approaches to leadership, diversity, and capability. Bringing together a wealth of experience from across the sector, the discussion will feature Pamela Davey (Arval UK), Ian Church (CGI), Alison Bell (Venson), and Julia Pennington (Copeland Automotive Recruitment).
Leasing members will also benefit from a second specialist session: ‘Future-Ready Tech: Meeting Customer Demands, Driving Smarter Leasing.’ As expectations evolve, so must the tech. This panel will explore how next-generation digital solutions can transform the leasing experience for customers and unlock efficiency, insight, and competitive advantage for providers. The Industry Outlook Conference agenda also includes:
