Before daily rental takes on one of its busiest periods of the year, the BVRLA is asking if members’ customer-facing agents and managers are prepared?
The BVRLA’s Vehicle Rental Operator Certificate demonstrates a recognised level of knowledge, skills and understanding of best practice within the vehicle rental sector. It has been designed for rental agents and managers in daily rental and light commercial vehicle rental locations.
Delegates will sit a series of multiple-choice online papers on the March course, reinforcing and testing their existing knowledge of the key areas of vehicle rental operations, providing proof of competence. The four key areas of understanding reinforce the candidates existing knowledge of vehicle rental operations and cover General Vehicle Rental Operator Skills, Insurance Practice, Overseas Hire and Hirers and Light Commercial Vehicles.
