The BVRLA’s Online Learning Hub houses all the association’s e-Learning self-study, online qualifications, webinars, free resources and online instructor-led courses. The online courses continue to receive excellent feedback on their content, interactivity and delivery.
The online instructor-led courses use such facilities as virtual breakout rooms to allow for group activities, chat boxes for constant interactivity throughout the course, live polls so learners can engage with material and knowledge checks and quizzes – to check understanding and to test knowledge.
There are a limited number of spaces available for online instructor-led courses until the end of the year, including NLP for Effective Selling, BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear Standard for Cars, Finance Essentials for the Automotive Industry, Reboot Selling Contract Hire and the new Complaints Management course.
