Nora Leggett takes new human resources role 

The BVRLA has appointed Nora Leggett into the newly created role of Director of Human Resources. 

Previously in the role of BVRLA Director of Member Services, Nora is a well-established member of the senior management team and is the longest serving BVRLA employee, having joined the association in 1997 and been a director since 2013.  

Assuming her new role from 1st July, Nora will be responsible for managing recruitment, internal communications, payroll and benefits. She will also maintain responsibility for the association’s Learning and Development team, which delivers a wide range of courses, qualifications and e-learning solutions that raise standards and professionalism across the BVRLA membership.   

BVRLA Chief Executive Gerry Keaney said: “Nora has always been responsible for the association’s HR function, but this new job title reflects both the growth in the organisation and the importance we place on developing and supporting our workforce.”
