The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has announced the appointment of a new Chief Executive and Chief Ombudsman.
Following an extensive recruitment process that attracted a highly qualified and diverse range of applicants, the Financial Ombudsman Service has appointed Abby Thomas to the role of Chief Executive and Chief Ombudsman. Abby will take up her new role in the autumn.
