New Ben website and life coaching to help people in the industry

Ben, the automotive industry charity, has launched a new website for 2022 - designed to offer quick and easy access to essential self-help tools and resources to help improve the health and well-being of the automotive industry across the UK.

The new site is easier to navigate with improved access to key information and fully responsive across all devices. Tips, advice, and tools are offered for a range of topics, such as money worries, physical and mental health, self-care tips, stress, sleep, loneliness, resilience, bereavement and more, with further self-help content scheduled for development this year.

The demand for support has reached an all-time high, with more people than ever contacting Ben for help since the emergence of the Covid pandemic. Online support is in high demand, with Ben noting a massive 184% increase in web visitors from October 2016 compared to October 2021.

Ben has also launched a new self-referral route to access its free Life Coaching service. Anyone who works, or has worked, in the automotive industry, can now register for free Life Coaching sessions by completing a short self-referral form. The personalised Life Coaching service gives people the opportunity to work with a qualified professional to identify the change they would like to see in their lives, set goals and maximise their potential to become the best version of themselves.

Specially trained Life Coaches will work closely with individuals to identify the areas in their lives that they would like to change or improve, gaining an understanding of where they are now and finding out where they would like to be in the future. Whether it is improving their lifestyle or fitness, saving for a dream home, progressing their career, or simply boosting self-confidence, Ben’s team of Life Coaches are on hand to help make those goals a reality.

The BVRLA has confirmed Ben as the charity partner for its Annual Dinner, taking place at the London Hilton on 21 April 2022.
