Annual Dinner 2022

Widely recognised as a great opportunity to catch-up with friends, make new contacts and have a fabulous evening, the Annual Dinner is one of the highlights of the rental and leasing industry's social calendar.

Held annually at the London Hilton on Park Lane, the Annual Dinner is widely acclaimed as the friendliest, funniest and most looked-forward to event on the rental and leasing industry calendar. With top entertainment, wonderful food and networking opportunities - this event is not one to be missed.

Previous entertainment has included Al Murray, Andrew Marr, Jimmy Carr, Katherine Ryan, Kevin Bridges, Omid Djalili, Marcus Brigstocke, Seb Coe and William Hague. Watch this space for news about 2022 soon.

Recognised as a fantastic opportunity to socialise with old friends, entertain customers and make new contacts, the Annual Dinner is back with a bang in 2022 to give you the chance to reconnect in a physcial setting.

Members can reserve tables/tickets for the 2022 Annual Dinner now. A table of ten is £2,950+VAT.

To guarantee a good spot in the ballroom please email dinner@bvrla.co.uk with the completed booking form, or to discuss further.

 

Cancellations:

  • To cancel a booking, written notice must be emailed to dinner@bvrla.co.uk.
  • You will be eligible for a 75% refund, less an administration fee of £50+VAT, when written notice is received by 12 noon Friday 14 January 2022.
  • You will be eligible for a 50% refund, less an administration fee of £50+VAT, when written notice is received by 12 noon Friday 28 January 2022.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund when notice is received after 12 noon 28 January 2022 unless the table is re-sold. An administration fee of £50+VAT will be incurred

 

Substitutions:

•    There is no charge to substitute attendees. However, requests must be emailed to dinner@bvrla.co.uk no later than noon on 28 February 2022.

 

Please note: In the event that the BVRLA Annual Dinner is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, governmental authority, declared war, or terrorist attack in the country), when it will be illegal or impossible for us to hold the Event, we shall agree to a full refund upon your written request less any expenses we have incurred in preparation for the Event.
