The work of the BVRLA alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service was highlighted this week at a major trading standards event.
BVRLA ADR manager Sallie Catchpole presented at the Chartered Trading Standards Institute Symposium 2021 in Birmingham, where she gave an overview on how the association’s service adapted to the Coronavirus pandemic.
“It has been a very turbulent 18 months, but the BVRLA ADR team has adapted well to working remotely,” said Director of Fleet Services, Amanda Brandon.
“The pandemic brought changes to the way the whole vehicle rental and leasing sector worked and liaised with customers. Our team has played a vital role in helping BVRLA members to adapt their operations and maintain industry standards.”
