National Highways has launched a new litter campaign to increase awareness of the impact of litter on road safety, the environment and wildlife.
Litter kills an estimated three million animals every year. Discarded roadside rubbish and food attract wildlife to their death. The campaign is encouraging drivers to use a bin or throw rubbish away at home.
There is a toolkit with the campaign overview, key messages and downloadable creative assets if members would like to share the message with customers.
