The first of the 2023 series of the BVRLA’s Industry Outlook webinars, aimed at rental members, will look at fraud, theft, and asset protection.
The free member-only webinar, titled ‘Risky Business: Fraud, theft and asset protection’ will take place on Thursday 23 February at 9am.
The webinar will begin with a Police speaker giving an overview of current fraud trends.
Amanda Brandon, the BVRLA’s Director of Member Engagement and chair of the webinar will then hold a session on ‘know your customer’ and what the BVRLA is doing and plans to do in this area.
The webinar will conclude with a panel of experts with from Coastr, Avis, URG and insurance broker representatives.
