Staff at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency’s Swansea headquarters have begun a four-day strike after union members voted to support action in protest at the agency's Covid-19 safety measures.
The Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS) claims that the 600 confirmed cases of Covid-19 at the site is the most of any workplace in the UK.
Industrial action is scheduled to take place between Tuesday 6 and Friday 9 April, during this time, delays are likely with paper applications and trying to reach the contact centre but online services will operate as normal.
