The Information Commissioner’s Officer has launched a campaign to contact all registered companies in the UK to remind them of their legal responsibility to pay the data protection fee and become ICO registered.

Members can also find out whether they are exempt from paying the fee.
Members can visit the ICO website and pay the fee or complete the form to explain why their organisation is exempt from paying the fee.
