The BVRLA’s training course calendar for 2020 is now available and the Professional Development team would like to highlight some of the courses offered during the first six months of the year.
In January there will be the BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear Standard for Cars and in February, three courses will be held; BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear Standard for Cars, NLP for Effective Selling and SM&CR: Implementing Change.
As we move into spring, March will see Your introduction to Daily Rental and in April; Your Introduction to the Vehicle Fleet Industry and Compliant Selling - Treating Customers Fairly.
May’s course is Finance Essentials for the Automotive Industry and there’s four in June; Selling Contract Hire, Your Introduction to Daily Rental, Your Introduction to the Vehicle Fleet Industry and BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear Standard for Cars.
