Future of Roads Minister Lilian Greenwood will give a keynote address talking to delegates about the Government's plans for road transport decarbonisation at the BVRLA’s upcoming Fleets in Charge Conference.
The Minister’s speech will come hot on the heels of this month's expected publication of the Industrial Strategy, and April's ZEV Mandate flexibilities. She'll also highlight the department’s plans to work with the rental and leasing industry going forwards.
Greenwood’s speech will be followed by a Q&A session with Richard Bruce, Director of Road Transport Decarbonisation at the Department for Transport. He will be answering in-depth questions about the Government's work and how it impacts the industry.
Delegates have the chance to put forward their questions and gain a clearer understanding of Government direction on key decarbonisation policies. Members wishing to submit a question can email [email protected].
The Conference is taking place on Wednesday 2 July at the QEII Centre in London.
