A Court ruling has found in favour of the HMRC confirming that combi vans should be treated the same as cars for P11D purposes.
There has been a long-standing dispute on how ‘combi’ vans should be treated for P11D purposes and following the court ruling, the HMRC has confirmed that it will publishing updated guidance.
