There is a new process for members that submit spreadsheets to transfer liability of unpaid Dart Charge crossings.
Effective immediately, spreadsheets should be submitted to [email protected]. This process enables BVRLA members to transfer liability of unpaid crossings using a spreadsheet, as opposed to sending copies of rental agreements through the post.
