The BVRLA Vehicle Rental Operator Skills Assessment is a certificate that demonstrates a recognised level of knowledge, skills and understanding of best practice in the industry, and a small number of spaces are available on the next assessment day, which takes place this Thursday.
It is recommended that candidates sit the full suite of four examinations so that their knowledge is reinforced in all the key areas of understanding.
- Paper 1 - General Vehicle Rental Operator Skills
- Paper 2 - Insurance Practice
- Paper 3 - Overseas Hire and Hirers
- Paper 4 - Light Commercial Vehicles
Candidates must be successful in Papers 1 and 2 (which are compulsory) and in either 3 or 4 to be awarded the certificate.
Assessments can be taken at any point during the day – ensuring flexibility. The assessments have had an overhaul in their aesthetic design meaning a more streamlined experience for candidates
