The BVRLA continues to support Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)-regulated members who must meet the requirements of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime (SM&CR).
The BVRLA has assembled a dedicated SM&CR page on its website organising available resources for members to meet their obligations.
Of particular benefit to members is the five -step comprehensive SM&CR Development Programme which incorporates blended learning techniques such as e-learning, tutor-led instruction, independent work and advice with BVRLA’s own compliance team. The next available course date is on the 22 June 2021.
