The BVRLA is looking for a trainer to support rental members by delivering regular training sessions remotely and in person, as part of the BVRLA association’s learning and development offering.
After a tough year, where firms may have reduced headcount leading to redundancies, this could be a fantastic opportunity for the right person considering their next role.
The ideal candidate would be an aspiring trainer with skillsets in rental operations, coaching and have knowledge of running a rental operation for both cars and commercial vehicles.
Initially, the BVRLA would like to deliver an instructor-led online course aimed at new rental operational staff. This course would walk the learner through the customers’ journey and provide delegates with a recognised level of knowledge, skills and understanding of how to provide excellent customer service and customer qualification when dealing with daily rental customers.
