January sees the first popular BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear course of the new year, the first of six running throughout 2020.
Assessing the condition of a vehicle at the end of a lease is fundamental to BVRLA members' business proposition. This highly practical course is designed to teach industry professionals about the practical application of the BVRLA's Fair Wear & Tear Standards and BVRLA Code of Conduct.
The course includes classroom-based teaching, demonstrations and practical exercises using real end-of-lease vehicles, all designed to develop the competence of the learner, which in turn will support members’ complaints procedures.
