New membership renewal procedure for 2020 subscriptions

Membership renewals happening later this year will take place online using the BVRLA website for the first-time.

Each BVRLA member has a nominated ‘primary’ contact, who is the point of communication for membership renewals. These contacts are being encouraged to ensure they have activated their BVRLA website account ahead of time, before they are emailed in the upcoming weeks with details of the process. Those who are unclear as to who their ‘primary’ contact is, or would like to make a change to the contact details, can email [email protected].

Users will be able to update their latest fleet size records, as well as their company information including:

  • Company registered and trading names
  • Address information and branch locations
  • Website address and telephone number
  • Member directory profile
  • Staff list and contact details

The BVRLA has put together an FAQ on accessing website accounts, which can be viewed online. Questions about website accounts can be emailed to [email protected].
