Transport Minister Rachael Maclean MP has written to the BVRLA asking the association to provide an industry view on a range of topics relating to the use of charge points.
The Minister is particularly keen to understand what steps BVRLA members may be taking to improve the consumer experience when using the public charging network and identify any barriers that may be preventing progress.
Feedback is being collated on four key areas:
-
Debit/credit card payment
-
Data availability
-
Reliability
-
Pricing Transparency
Members can provide examples, suggestions and any relevant input to BVRLA Senior Policy Advisor, Catherine Bowen by email at [email protected] before close of play on Tuesday 9 June.
The BVRLA will submit its response before 19 June and publish a copy on the Consultations page of the BVRLA website.
