Membership renewal goes online for the first time

From 14 August 2019, members can complete the membership renewal process online, removing the need to complete and post paperwork, saving both time and money.

The new online process is easy to use and can be accessed via the BVRLA website.

The deadline for 2020 membership renewals is 23 September 2019 so members are being encouraged to login to the website now and check that the details held are correct and up to date.

This includes information about:

  • Fleet size
  • Company registered and trading names
  • Address information and branch locations
  • Website address and telephone number
  • Staff list and contact details

There is also the facility to provide additional information about your business that will form part of your profile listing on the BVRLA Member Directory. This is particularly useful for customers visiting the directory when looking for a company to rent or lease from. 

Each BVRLA member has a nominated ‘primary’ contact, who is the point of communication for membership renewals. Those who are unclear as to who their ‘primary’ contact is or would like to make a change to the contact details, can email [email protected].
