Join the debate at TOM Forum

The BVRLA’s next Technical and Operational Management Forum, taking place on Thursday 4 February, will focus on navigating business change.

Industry experts from Fleet Assist, i247, ICDP, Marshall Motor Group and Tusker will share their thoughts on changing dealership business models and the impact of changes within the aftermarket services. 

The TOM Forum has a packed agenda and is a must for anybody interested in hearing the latest industry insights:  

  • Session one - A Q&A with Daksh Gupta, Chief Executive, Marshall Motor Group, talking about dealerships and how these will change over the next few years. 
  • Session two - Steve Young, Managing Director, ICDP, will focus on what’s happening in the dealer space, the changing business model and how this could impact the fleet sector.
  • Session three - An Aftermarket Update from key suppliers to the industry, who will share knowledge and expertise from their businesses. With Martin Phillips, Strategic Partnerships Director, i247 and Vincent St Claire, Managing Director, Fleet Assist. 

During 2021 there will be three half-day TOM Forums and three half-day RVR Forums, and members can send up to two delegates to either by paying an annual subscription of either £800+vat to attend both TOM and RVR, or £400+vat to attend either TOM or RVR.
