FCA seeks feedback on Covid-19 Impact Survey

Members who are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) are invited to complete a short feedback survey which seeks to collect anonymous feedback on the financial questions (cash balances, liquidity, capital) within the Covid-19 Impact Survey.

The FCA will e-mail the feedback survey to firms between 22 October – 12 November 2021.

This is a voluntary survey and, as such, firms are under no obligation to complete it; the FCA would like to ask a few questions about firms’ experience to improve the process going forward.

The Covid-19 Impact Survey has helped the FCA to obtain an accurate view of the impact of Covid-19 and supported its work to mitigate risks of harm to consumers, the market and competition within it.

The FCA will not be repeating the sixth round of the actual survey until early 2022.

Firms will be e-mailed a link to complete the survey online. It is designed to be easy to complete even via a mobile phone and it is expected that most firms will not need more than an hour to complete it. If firms need a different individual within their organisation to answer and submit the survey, the link can be forwarded to the required person.

For firms that are concerned about phishing emails and scams, check it is from either [email protected] or an @fca.org.uk email address.
