Do you get value from the BVRLA? 

The BVRLA’s annual member survey is in progress and we really want to hear what you have to say.

Using one of the links below you can help shape the association’s priorities and ensure we focus on delivering real value for members. The input we received last year led to a new series of webinars, a broader training and professional development offering and a tighter focus in our policy work.  

From leasing brokers and rental operators to car clubs and commercial vehicle contract hire – BVRLA membership is more diverse than ever. Please take some time to share your feedback and your requirements.  

Using this more detailed survey, targeted at senior managers and executives who have regular interaction with the association, you can give feedback on our Policy Work, Events, Training, and wider member services in addition to our communications and overall BVRLA performance.  This survey takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete.  

Our light survey, takes less than three minutes to complete and focuses on the overall performance of the BVRLA and how well we communicate with you.  

The BVRLA uses SNAP surveys to deliver a professional questionnaire experience and to keep responses secure. For each completed response received, £1 will be donated to BEN, the charity dedicated to supporting the people of the automotive industry.  

The closing date for completed questionnaires is the 4th October and results will be shared by the end of the year.
