Customers are actively looking for BVRLA members

The BVRLA is receiving an increasing number of customer enquiries asking for the association to confirm whether the company that they are looking at doing business with is in membership.

Last month the association launched its Proud BVRLA Members campaign to encourage members to proactively promote the BVRLA logo making it easy for customers to identify members.

Members are being encouraged to support the campaign by:

  1. Displaying the BVRLA logo with pride.
  2. Emailing pictures or tagging us online @bvrla to share your Proud BVRLA Members photos with us. The picture must include the BVRLA logo as well as your own company brand or name, so we can see who you are.

BVRLA Communications Manager, Andrea Davies said: “With more members dealing directly with individual customers, it has never been more important to promote the benefits of using a BVRLA member.

“Customers feel reassured when they see the BVRLA logo on our members’ websites and on letterheads, for example. We take calls week-in and week-out from customers asking us to verify that a company is in membership and this is a great indicator that the BVRLA brand is growing in awareness and value amongst consumers.”
