The BVRLA is seeking clarity on the definition of the price used to determine a vehicle's eligibility for the Plug-in Car Grant.
The association continues to work with the Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV) to also better understand what happens to the orders that were in the pipeline before the recently announced changes.
Data has been submitted on behalf of the rental and leasing sector to help government to understand the scale of how many orders were in the pipeline.
Members are advised to contact your respective suppliers to ensure that they have submitted data to OLEV to ensure that your orders are included in the figures.
OLEV is now considering the evidence received and will advise those who have submitted information on any decision they make regarding these orders.
In the interim, OLEV has already updated its list of vehicles eligible for the grant.
