BVRLA offers an induction to the fleet industry

The recently revamped ‘Your Introduction to the Fleet Industry’ instructor-led online course has proved a hit following its debut last month and bookings are now being taken for September dates.

Excellent reviews were received from delegates, who gave an average course rating of 4.75 out of 5.

Although the June date is sold out, you can now book a place online for the 9 September.

The course is designed to be part of an organisation's induction programme, providing insights into the rental and leasing sector, identifying the key players and explaining the features and benefits of the main acquisition methods for fleets and individuals.

It also covers the role of the BVRLA in regulating the industry and the association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution service.

Trainer Karen Morton will lead the day with her vast experience of working with BVRLA members both in the UK and abroad for many years, delivering training ranging from industry knowledge and selling skills to customer service and coaching.

BVRLA Head of Learning & Development, Mark Pow said: “We want to ensure the course is highly interactive with group activities throughout the day, which will help to make it relevant to delegates and help them retain what they have learnt.

“Karen and I will be joined by BVRLA Head of Policy & Public Affairs, Thomas McLennan, who will talk through the policy challenges currently facing the industry, and BVRLA Conciliation Service Manager, Sallie Catchpole, who will go through the BVRLA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Service.”
