Managing others is a learned skill and one that needs practice. The Management Leadership Package aims to give new managers an understanding of the basic skills required to build a productive team. Modules cover delegating effectively, the recruitment process, managing performance and how to run effective meetings.
The Personal Effectiveness Package gives learners a better understanding of the different skills required to become more effective in their roles. Modules cover a range of personal skills such as communicating effectively, influencing and handling difficult customers.
The flexibility of the e-Learning Platform enables learners to undertake training at times to suit themselves using either a PC, MAC tablet or smartphone.
Both courses cost £150.00 + VAT per learner for an annual subscription to the platform. This includes an on-line assessment and a Certificate of Completion for each module.
