The Bill sets out plans for charge points for electric vehicles at all UK motorway services and large petrol retailersand insurance for drivers of automated cars.

The Bill also outlines mechanisms to commercialise the driverless technology market, which is set to be worth up to £50 billion to the UK economy by 2035.
