Airless tyre technology fills VFM agenda

Future tyre technologies, including silica and airless tyres will be the focal point of a session from Bridgestone at next week’s Vehicle and Fleet Management (VFM) Forum.

There will also be a briefing from Autoglass on health and safety trends, and ICE versus EV repairs and maintenance. Vans will also be put under the spotlight with a session focusing on age profile and costs and how they vary between ICE and EV. Insights will be delivered by Vincent St Claire of Fleet Assist and Steve Thornton of i247 Group, who will share the latest data and analysis of trends in the van market.

There will be a session from Epyx on service, maintenance, and repair (SMR) downtime management, in addition to networking opportunities with fellow vehicle and fleet management specialists.

The Forum will take place on Monday 6 November in Egham and will be hosted by Autoglass’ parent company Belron UK. VFM Forum subscribers can send up to two colleagues to attend; if you haven’t done so already, confirm their names via email to [email protected]. If you are not already a subscriber, email [email protected] to enquire about spaces for the November event or a subscription for 2024.
