Managers and Compliance Package

The Managers and Compliance Package has been developed to help managers better understand the regulatory framework in which they are working. It is presented as a basic set of 8 modules plus a Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) module for those who conduct business falling under the application of CASS, and a Senior Managers and Certification Regime module which will help you to prepare for the change from the Approved Persons regime in late 2019.
