Each year the BVRLA asks members to provide feedback on the services it provides and the issues it should be tackling on their behalf.
The feedback from our annual Member Survey helps shape the association’s priorities and ensures that we focus on delivering real value for members. The input we received last year led to a new series of webinars, a broader training and professional development offering and a tighter focus in our policy work.
From leasing brokers and rental operators to car clubs and commercial vehicle contract hire – BVRLA membership is more diverse than ever. Please take some time to share your feedback and your requirements. This year’s survey has been shortened and is more targeted in terms of the questions it asks. For most, it should take only 2-3 minutes to complete.
For each completed response received, £1 will be donated to BEN, the charity dedicated to supporting the people of the automotive industry.
The BVRLA uses SNAP surveys to deliver a professional questionnaire experience and to keep responses secure. Keep an eye on your inbox and complete the questionnaire using the link sent to you by the closing date of 4 October. The results will be shared by the end of the year.
