Taking part in the vehicle rejection panel will be customer service expert Karen Morton and latest consumer dispute trends from Bill Fennell at the Motor Ombudsman.

Other topics to be discussed at the Forum, which will take place on Thursday 15 June in Warwick and hosted by fleet management company Rivus, is current trends in service, maintenance and repair (SMR), parts shortage and supply chain management.

As the vehicle leasing and mobility services sector experiences a period of unpreceded change and challenge, the issues members are facing are evolving. To address this, the BVRLA is incorporating the programme of the former Technical and Operational Management (TOM) forum into the new VFM Forum to reflect the current and future landscape.

If you are already a TOM Forum subscriber, there are no changes to your current subscription and no action required from you. The Forum on 15 June will take place at Delta Hotels by Marriott in Warwick (CV34 6RE). Subscribers can send up to two colleagues to attend; if you haven’t done so already, confirm their names via email to [email protected].

If you are not already a subscriber email [email protected] as it is possible to subscribe for the June and November events.

The third and final VFM forum of 2023 will be on Thursday 2 November at Autoglass in Egham.
