New process for customer appeals from Tyne Tunnels

Following on from the success of the Tyne Tunnels query process for BVRLA members, there is now a new process for when a customer needs to appeal against the issuance of an Unpaid Toll Charge (UTCR) which the BVRLA member has paid.

Currently, Tyne Tunnels will only allow the registered keeper to appeal against a UTCR, but the new process will allow BVRLA members to register the authority for Tyne Tunnels to deal with their customers. Once members have registered the authority with Tyne Tunnels, if the customer would like to appeal against a UTCR, members can provide a link to them, and they can appeal directly. If the appeal is successful, Tyne Tunnels will tell the BVRLA member and the customer.
