Covid-19 Survey assesses impact on members

A survey has been conducted by the BVRLA to canvas members’ views on the business challenges being faced as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

As demand recovers and transaction levels increase, the sector expects a gradual recovery over the coming months and companies are already starting to reduce their reliance on the furlough scheme in anticipation of the job retention scheme ending in October.

A wide range of BVRLA members have shared their views on how the Covid-19 crisis has impacted their business and what their outlook for the rest of 2020 is.

The equivalent of 10% of member organisations responded to the association’s Covid-19 Survey and the findings have today been published on the BVRLA website.

The results show the impact the crisis has had on jobs and employment, access to finance and transaction levels.
