The BVRLA’s Your Introduction to the Vehicle Fleet Industry course is designed to be part of an organisation's induction programme, providing insights into the rental and leasing sector.
The course identifies the key players and explains the features and benefits of the main acquisition methods for fleets and individuals. It also covers the role of the BVRLA in regulating the industry.
Course trainer Karen Morten has worked with BVRLA members both in the UK and abroad for many years, delivering training ranging from industry knowledge and selling skills to customer service and coaching.
Karen says: “When you join a leasing company you can get overwhelmed in your new role with so much information, terminology and legal jargon. This programme supports internal inductions and on the job learning. It is great also as a refresher as the goal posts keep changing within the industry. You leave grasping the benefits of what you do for customers and helps you build confidence in your role.”
This course includes a visual presentation, a working booklet and supporting handouts. It is highly interactive with group activities throughout the day.

Additionally, finance and credit control administrators, human resources, training executives, administration or secretarial staff would also benefit from this course.
