The BVRLA’s ‘Shine a Light Series’ puts the spotlight on the people that make the rental, leasing and fleet sectors a great place to work. The series looks at how barriers are being broken down when it comes to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion, detailing where the BVRLA and its members are leading from the front.

The BVRLA would like to thank the ladies and allys involved in the recording of these episodes, which cover such topics as leadership styles, the importance of the right internal culture, fostering talent and corporate initiatives that could help.

The four podcast episodes are:

  • From Strategy to Action: Enabling women to rise to the top with Heather Messenger, Pamela Davey and Nicole Barsby of Arval UK
