Over 5,000 individuals from across all vehicle rental and leasing member organisations will have now received an email inviting participation in the BVRLA’s annual Member Survey.
The survey, which is open until midnight on Friday 27 September takes less than ten minutes to complete.
The BVRLA is donating £1 to the road safety charity, Brake for every completed survey received before the closing date.
BVRLA Research Manager, Phil Garthside emphasises the importance of taking part:
“The BVRLA is committed to delivering greater membership value and members’ feedback is crucial to informing how we allocate resources and determine our priorities in the year ahead. I would encourage anybody who has not received a link to the survey to check their junk inbox in the first instance and get in touch with me regarding any questions or issues.”
The association will be seeking the views of Associate members via a separate survey to be published soon.
