Peter Cooper
Peter is an experienced leadership coach and facilitator with over 35 years' experience developing leaders, managers and customer-facing professionals into high-performing teams. His career spans the FMCG, retail, B2C, B2B, B2B2C and intergovernmental sectors, where he has built a strong track record of improving individual and organisational performance.
His experience includes leading teams of more than 120 people, driving sales growth for the UK National Lottery, and providing ongoing mentoring to United Nations colleagues since 2020.
Peter is an Insights® Accredited Practitioner, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) qualified coach, and a qualified Sales Apprenticeship mentor and tutor, bringing a wealth of practical expertise to every course he delivers.
