Suitable for staff at all levels including Fleet Operators, Fleet Managers, Service Managers, Customer Service, Administrators, Drivers, or any other role within the industry who regularly discusses the condition of vehicles with customers, either before, during or on termination of a vehicle rental or leasing contract. May also be of interest to those that lease or rent vehicles themselves.

At the end of this course attendees will:

Marc Cooke brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in the automotive industry. Since joining Manheim Inspection Services in 2017 as a qualified vehicle inspector, Marc has not only demonstrated technical excellence but also played a pivotal role in onboarding and training new team members.

After six successful years in the field, Marc was promoted to Inspections Team Leader, where he continued to lead by example and support operational excellence. Today, he serves as a Regional Inspections Quality Manager, leveraging his deep industry expertise with a strong focus on Fair Wear & Tear standards.

Marc is known for delivering training with passion and clarity, and for his ability to engage effectively with colleagues and clients alike—an approach that consistently enhances understanding and application of the BVRLA return standards.
