Who should attend?

Women (by that we mean anyone who identifies as a woman) in fleet who want to feel confident, clear and persuasive when speaking publicly. We want all fleet professionals to be able to have confidence, courage, and clarity to be able to speak publicly. This programme will share with you the toolkit that makes public speaking a skill that can be learnt, honed and repeated.

Learning Outcomes

CONFIDENCE – Develop a strong personal presence by understanding how body language, tone of voice, and communication style influence how you are perceived, while learning how to confidently demonstrate your professional capabilities.

COURAGE – Recognise and challenge limiting beliefs, reframe negative self-talk, and develop strategies to manage fear, self-doubt, and the inner critic when speaking in professional environments.

CLARITY – Learn how to structure ideas and messages so they are clear, concise, and easy for audiences to understand, improving overall communication impact.

CONTENT – Create a repeatable communication framework that helps you organise ideas, tailor messaging to different audiences, and deliver information with greater influence and professionalism.
