SM&CR 5-step programme proves a hit

Having completed the BVRLA’s new SM&CR five-step Development Programme, the first cohort of delegates have been keen to heap praise on the effectiveness of the training.

Amie Darby from Central Contracts (SOT) Ltd, said: “It was nice to feel comfortable enough to ask my questions. A great programme, well done all involved”.

Tracey Whalley from XLCR Vehicle Management said: “This programme really broke down some of the required information in an easy-to-follow format for exactly what is expected of firms in this regime.”

With the deadline of the 9th December rapidly approaching for businesses to implement compliance with the SM&CR, the BVRLA’s five-step programme has been designed to incorporate a blended learning experience including 1-2-1 support, e-Learning modules, and personalised feedback and advice.

The programme combines expert guidance with independent learning which can all be completed during times of remote working.
