Forty-five members joined the BVRLA’s second online Technical and Operational Management (TOM) forum of 2020 last week.
Expert speakers shared insights to assist with business planning for the coming months. Attendees heard from the AA, Kwik-Fit, Fleet Assist, Northgate and Tusker, who gave their thoughts on network capacity, tyres, MOT work, average mileage and repair work.
