Dean has over 30 years automotive industry experience and has been responsible for 31 different financial services businesses across 25 countries in four continents. He also launched the world’s first OEM online used car sales portal and has completed pan-European remarketing projects for multiple OEMs.

The course is designed to teach anyone in the industry about all the essential aspects of Residual Values. Topics include how used vehicles are valued today, how forecast residual values are calculated, the relationship and difference between used values and residual values and what impacts them and why they are important.

BVRLA members attending gave some positive feedback:

Will Bell of Red Lion Rental said; “Really useful course. For someone like me with little experience, it really gave me a great introduction to what I need to be looking for in a vehicle for future residuals.”

Rob Considine of Drive Electric commented; “Great course, made me realise the extent of many differing factors that I had not thought about when exploring RVs.”

The next course is on Tuesday 28 June (online). More information and other dates throughout 2022
