New counter-terrorism training on BVRLA e-learning platform

The National Counter Terrorism Security Office has developed a new Action Counters Terrorism (ACT) Awareness training product, which is now available on the BVRLA e-learning platform.

The course, which comprises seven different modules, can be completed in around 45 minutes and is available free of charge to all UK businesses.

The modules are designed to provide an understanding of the terrorism threat to the UK and covers how to spot the signs of suspicious behaviour and what to do if an attack should take place.

The course allows delegates to explore real scenarios and gain confidence in dealing with such events. It will be particularly useful to those BVRLA rental members who have signed up to the Rental Vehicle Security Scheme (RVSS) to help embed a culture of vigilance across the organisation.
